Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface and ensure project objectives are met through cost management services.
  • •Produce and present cost plans and estimate updates, including reviewing design and contractor submissions.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders, reconcile changes, and support change control with accurate data.
  • •Manage cost impact/contingency, carry out cost checks and valuations, and handle post-contract cost variances.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, coordinate funding data presentations and VE sessions, and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium or large-scale projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Strong construction industry knowledge and excellent communication skills.
