Key Responsibilities

  • •Specify Ground Handling Agent build instructions for EK flights and monitor resources to ensure all EK Sky Cargo requirements are met.
  • •Liaise with EK Passenger Services and airline load control at ramp side to maximize cargo uplift based on fluctuating load requirements.
  • •Ensure correct export documentation is produced and that accurate data capture is completed in NGSC with timely verification and departure.
  • •Attend ramp-side coordination for cargo activities, resolve cargo-related problems, and ensure cargo and paperwork are offloaded/loaded correctly for the appropriate areas.
  • •Arrange and supervise Emirates scheduled freighter operations, manage ULD stock levels, represent Emirates at operational meetings, and ensure Health & Safety and vendor compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Thorough knowledge and experience in cargo operations.
  • •Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations and weight and balance procedures.
  • •Hands-on experience performing 4-eye duties on freighters.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Excel and SITA IV.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English, with effective communication at all levels and a driving licence.
