Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sustainable, reproducible Army/DOD account growth by developing strategic direction, positioning, and account plans.
  • •Develop and manage opportunity targets, negotiate goals with business line leaders, and maintain a pipeline aligned to monthly projections.
  • •Provide pursuit support, including weekly Salesforce pipeline reviews, teaming and negotiations, and ownership of major proposals.
  • •Lead client relationship management by optimizing cross-sell opportunities, overseeing corrective actions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • •Maintain performance and compliance oversight, including FAR compliance support, CPAR reviews/rebuttals, and OCI resolution through de-confliction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches and expert negotiation skills.
  • •CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus.
