Key Responsibilities

  • •Embodies a client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and ensuring strong client service in the branch.
  • •Assumes responsibility for efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions while coaching other tellers.
  • •Resolves more complex client servicing issues and listens for financial wellness opportunities, transitioning clients to a banker as appropriate.
  • •Manages day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, overseeing operational standards, and providing guidance on operational/regulatory procedures.
  • •Maintains compliance with banking regulations, security, and internal audit controls; balances cash drawers and reviews product guides, fees, and policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork; and strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks (required).
