Key Responsibilities

•Act as the principal technical expert and lead geotechnical project mandates from feasibility through completion.
•Direct investigations, analyses and geotechnical designs for dam, slope stability, hydraulic works and other critical infrastructure.
•Prepare, review and approve technical reports, calculation notes, drawings and specifications.
•Ensure technical supervision, quality control and review deliverables produced by the team.
•Manage and coordinate project execution including budgets, timelines, deliverable quality and client satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with geotechnical specialization; member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
•Minimum 8 years of relevant geotechnical study experience and experience in dynamic soil analysis.
•Strong report writing skills; proficient in French (spoken and written); proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
•Desirable: master's degree in geotechnics; 15+ years of hydroelectric experience; proficiency with GeoStudio software; bilingual French/English for non‑Québec mandates; valid driver's license.
