Key Responsibilities

•Own user acceptance testing (UAT) for BSA/AML screening platform enhancements, model changes, system releases, data integrations, tuning initiatives, and regulatory-driven updates, including test strategy development, test plan creation, and sign-off procedures
•Validate that BSA/AML screening outcomes are accurately generated, risk-ranked, and consistently applied across customer screening, transaction monitoring, watchlist screening, and related processes
•Oversee ongoing monitoring of screening outputs, alert volumes, and operational performance to identify anomalies and data quality issues, escalating findings as needed
•Lead tuning and optimization activities to improve screening effectiveness, reduce false positives, and balance regulatory risk with operational efficiency
•Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for BSA/AML screening capabilities and ensure governance, data quality, and documentation support regulatory examinations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or Masters in a related field) preferred
•CAMS, CFCS, or similar certification preferred
•10+ years of experience in BSA/AML, Financial Crimes, screening technology, or risk management systems, with leadership experience
•Strong working knowledge of BSA/AML screening platforms and financial crimes technologies (Actimize, LexisNexis, SAS, Oracle Financial Crimes) including defining requirements and validating outputs
•Experience leading functional design, UAT, validation processes, and governance in a highly regulated environment
