Colleague & Labor Relations Specialist - Spanish Bilingual

Own end-to-end colleague and labor relations support for multiple markets, ensuring fair and consistent employment outcomes while minimizing legal exposure. You’ll lead complex employment relations cases, conduct sensitive workplace investigations, and provide CLR specialist guidance and training to leaders and employees. Partner with HR colleague strategic partners and Compliance, Safety, Security, Internal Audit, Health and Wellness, and General Counsel to drive risk, control, privacy, and audit practices.
