Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic talent sourcing and pipelining initiatives in partnership with ETR leads, recruiters, and hiring leaders.
  • •Develop and execute scalable, cost-effective sourcing, channel, and external engagement strategies for emerging talent.
  • •Maintain exceptional candidate and hiring-leader experience while adhering to compliance protocols and confidentiality standards.
