Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and monitor performance of internal and external cost recovery and cost containment initiatives against targeted metrics and forecasted recovery and cost avoidance goals for each Health Plan.
  • •Manage internal and external vendor cost avoidance and cost recovery initiatives and collaborate with national vendors across recovery categories.
  • •Develop annual budgets and projected targets for each national vendor and support achievement of projected annual savings.
  • •Evaluate and streamline existing processes and implement new processes to reduce costs.
  • •Present trends, recommend action plans, support implementation, and compile reporting packages for Senior Management.
