Key Responsibilities

  • •End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events: Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events; Own projects from early planning stages through execution; Ensure delivery meets partner expectations and internal standards
  • •Operational Strategy & Design (0→1): Translate partner needs into scalable operational models; Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed; Define how the event should be run — not just how to execute it
  • •Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments: Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans; Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies; Make decisions with incomplete information
  • •Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams; Align multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan; Act as the main operational contact for key partners
  • •Execution Oversight: Ensure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground; Support local teams in executing complex setups; Step in when needed to unblock critical issues

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies
  • •Proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading projects end-to-end
  • •Fluent English; strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
  • •Structured problem solver with a builder mentality and high ownership; ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • •Nice to Have: experience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops); analytical skills (Excel, SQL) are a plus
