Job Summary

Join the EMEA legal team to draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS customer contracts. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Legal in London, you’ll help build the legal function across EMEA, support growth of the DACH region as the first in-house counsel in Munich, and contribute to other legal matters as they arise in a fast-paced, AI-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts.
•Help develop the legal function across EMEA under the Head of EMEA Legal.
•Support growth of the DACH region as the first in-house counsel in Munich.
•Interface with the Go-To-Market team to ensure fast and efficient agreement execution.
•Work on other legal issues as they arise.

Key Requirements

•German qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial/technology law or in-house at a technology company.
•Transactional background focused on commercial contracts, including technology matters, and/or IP licensing commercial agreements.
•AI experience welcomed but not required.
•Ability to think creatively, function independently, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
•Team-focused, collaborative style with willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges.
