Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop and coach the procurement team and establish a structure where autonomous work is valued.
  • •Act as the main procurement contact in the SAP implementation project—from requirements capture through process design (Purchase-to-Pay), testing, data migration and go-live.
  • •Optimize the internal supply chain for spare parts at stations—from assortment and suppliers to inventory levels and distribution logic, ensuring maintenance & repair teams are well supplied.
  • •Define and standardize procurement processes, policies and approval workflows and migrate them into the new system.
  • •Responsible for supplier selection, evaluation, and ongoing development, as well as contract and terms management, and negotiate strategically to achieve measurable savings.

Key Requirements

  • •Multiple years of experience in strategic and/or operational procurement with proven leadership experience.
  • •Excellent German and English language skills.
  • •Practical experience with SAP (e.g., MM/Ariba) or proven ERP implementation experience (ideally both).
  • •Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (Purchase-to-Pay) and ability to standardize and digitalize them.
  • •Experience building or operating a supply chain or parts/materials provisioning is a clear plus.
