Job Summary

Lead and build the procurement function for roadsurfer, driving SAP ERP implementation, supplier management, and end-to-end Purchasing-to-Pay processes. You will coach the team, optimize spare parts supply for 100+ stations, and collaborate across Finance, IT, and Operations to reduce costs and increase process automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, develop and coach the procurement team and establish a structure where autonomous work is valued.
•Act as the main procurement contact in the SAP implementation project—from requirements capture through process design (Purchase-to-Pay), testing, data migration and go-live.
•Optimize the internal supply chain for spare parts at stations—from assortment and suppliers to inventory levels and distribution logic, ensuring maintenance & repair teams are well supplied.
•Define and standardize procurement processes, policies and approval workflows and migrate them into the new system.
•Responsible for supplier selection, evaluation, and ongoing development, as well as contract and terms management, and negotiate strategically to achieve measurable savings.

Key Requirements

•Multiple years of experience in strategic and/or operational procurement with proven leadership experience.
•Excellent German and English language skills.
•Practical experience with SAP (e.g., MM/Ariba) or proven ERP implementation experience (ideally both).
•Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (Purchase-to-Pay) and ability to standardize and digitalize them.
•Experience building or operating a supply chain or parts/materials provisioning is a clear plus.
