Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinate across the Human Capital Rewards France team
  • •Manage renewals of remuneration surveys and ensure alignment with client business objectives
  • •Identify new opportunities and propose advisory projects within the Human Capital Solutions portfolio
  • •Prospect new clients in the financial services sector (banking, asset management, insurance) to grow the business
  • •Oversee reporting, analysis, and delivery of deliverables; collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive client accounts
