Key Responsibilities

•Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinate across the Human Capital Rewards France team
•Manage renewals of remuneration surveys and ensure alignment with client business objectives
•Identify new opportunities and propose advisory projects within the Human Capital Solutions portfolio
•Prospect new clients in the financial services sector (banking, asset management, insurance) to grow the business
•Oversee reporting, analysis, and delivery of deliverables; collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive client accounts
