Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure safe and effective equipment operation.
  • •Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
  • •Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • •Apply troubleshooting skills to assigned production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • •Interact with plant personnel, complete documentation, and accomplish plant and individual goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of mechanic work experience or refrigeration experience (or graduate of an industrial maintenance training program).
  • •Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • •Basic computer skills to log information, process work orders, and complete documentation; ability to learn CMMS.
  • •Effective communication and basic math skills.
  • •Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally and meet physical and workspace requirements (confined/tall spaces, ladders, standing up to 12 hours).
