Product Manager for the Start Path Corporate Membership within Mastercard’s Innovation Enablement suite. Key Responsibilities

•Develops and manages content for the Start Path Corporate Membership program to facilitate introductions between Start Path startups and Mastercard customers.
•Creates research reports and plans/executes events (virtual and in-person) within the program.
•Contributes to strategies and programs for large global clients and supports sales conversations to promote product value globally.
•Obtains data from multiple sources, analyzes and triangulates information to create reliable fact bases and reports.
•Structures and delivers draft reports and client presentations, shares tools and best practices across projects, and builds internal relationships to support data gathering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 121,000 - 169,000 annually

•Demonstrated experience delivering digital and technical solutions and services.
•Experience working with third‑party vendors and evaluating them.
•Strong connection to the fintech/startup ecosystem is a plus.
•Executive‑level presentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
•Understanding of innovation frameworks and practical technology applications; payments knowledge is advantageous.
