Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of daily servicing operations for Fund Services clients and ensure accurate, quality responses to client queries.
  • •Handle telephone queries and ensure discrepancies in client holdings, trades, local payments, and charges are rectified on time.
  • •Coordinate with internal department sections and external parties (GLCM, CAS, LGL, TRS) to address client issues and investigate reconciliation “snag” items.
  • •Advise clients on fund services operational problems and support VP/AVP in checking system entries and analyzing valuation practices.
  • •Assist in preparing monthly reports (valuation, interest accrual and closing prices, securities transactions and cash movements, interest statements) and support Global Custody-related transactions/servicing.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with settlements operations, general banking operations, trust or accounting and finance.
  • •Financial accounting background with effective communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of stock market activities, equities, fixed income instruments, and other investments.
  • •Relationship management skills for handling clients, regulators, companies, and transfer agents.
