Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes with legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate difficult client and external employee meetings (e.g., workforce reduction consultations, negotiations in separations and settlements).
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • •Act as a first point of informal escalation and drive process improvements and automation through offboarding and employee relations workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues to arrive at practical solutions and communicate recommendations.
