Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety by conducting pre-shift briefings, safety meetings, job safety audits, lockout/tagout compliance, and accident investigations.
  • •Oversee rotating equipment and pump repair work, including maintenance inspections, work methods, repair practices, and standards.
  • •Follow and monitor quality control procedures (ISO 9001) and ensure shop floor personnel and documentation comply.
  • •Develop work scopes, resource allocations, and schedules with planning and shop leadership; manage projects across multiple locations within budget.
  • •Perform equipment failure root cause analysis; produce estimates, repair procedures, final reports, machine drawings, material measurements, and material selection.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a pump repair shop or related field.
