Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Tax, and other stakeholders to evaluate transactions and assess accounting implications. Lead accounting workstreams for integration planning, purchase price allocation, opening balance sheets, fair value adjustments, and internal control processes. Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance across US GAAP, IFRS, SEC rules, and local standards.
