Key Responsibilities

  • •Contact policyholders within level of authority; conduct investigations, interviews, and inspections to prepare estimates.
  • •Handle property claims by evaluating information for coverage and total value, setting and maintaining reserves, and determining payments.
  • •Obtain and review required reports and statements; issue checks or declines payment as required and document claim files for closure.
  • •Identify subrogation situations and initiate appropriate action.
  • •Service assigned territory and bring claims to conclusion; may handle litigated claims and catastrophe team duties as required.

Key Requirements
