Job Summary

Deliver geotechnical engineering design, investigations, and construction support across major infrastructure and civil projects. Lead technical analyses and calculations, interpret subsurface investigation data, and produce design drawings, reports, and specifications. Cover foundation, earthworks, slope stability, excavation support, ground improvement, and liquefaction assessment. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and provide on-site monitoring, inspections, and contractor technical support, while mentoring junior engineers.

•Perform geotechnical engineering design and analysis with minimal supervision.
•Collect, interpret, and correlate geotechnical investigation data and develop ground models for design conditions.
•Produce engineering calculations, technical reports, design drawings, and specifications.
•Assess design discrepancies, evaluate risks, recommend corrective actions, and ensure quality to project requirements.
•Provide construction support including site inspections, contractor coordination, and mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science in disciplines such as Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, Foundation Engineering, Soil Mechanics, or Rock Mechanics.
•8–15 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience including both design and construction/site supervision.
•Proven ability to plan and manage geotechnical investigations and interpret geotechnical parameters to develop ground models.
•Strong knowledge of contract requirements related to site investigations, surveys, and construction works.
•Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional registration is advantageous; relevant registration in Qatar, Bahrain, or the UAE is preferred.
