Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead initiatives to reduce friction in registration and authentication while maintaining security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, customer consent, data protection).

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Product Manager on customer-facing, high-traffic digital products (ideally in e-commerce or consumer platforms).
  • •Experience owning foundational or platform products such as identity, profile, account, payments, checkout, personalisation, or data platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of customer journeys for registration, login, and account management, and how friction affects conversion and retention.
  • •Comfort working in agile, cross-functional teams with engineers, designers, and analysts.
