Job Summary

Serve as the firm’s primary equity trader and support multi-asset execution by coordinating with the Senior Fixed Income Manager. Own trading and portfolio operations including settlements, corporate actions, reconciliation, rebalancing, cash management, and model maintenance while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Partner with Operations & Technology on Envestnet Tamarac workflows, Salesforce CRM processes, system integrations, audits, documentation, and operational improvements.

•Serve as the primary equity trader, executing trades accurately and efficiently across client accounts.
•Coordinate with the Senior Fixed Income Manager on fixed income execution, allocations, and trade workflows.
•Monitor trade settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliation issues.
•Support portfolio rebalancing, cash management, and model maintenance while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
•Use Envestnet Tamarac for trading/reporting workflows, maintain Salesforce CRM processes, and support system integrations, audits, and process improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,052 - 120,179 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in the RIA, wealth management, or asset management industry.
•Hands-on experience with Envestnet Tamarac, Tamarac Trading, or a comparable portfolio management/trading platform.
•Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience working with Schwab and Fidelity custodial platforms.
•Series 65 license highly desired; CFP, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred (or working toward one).
