Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform picking, packing, and shipping duties for internal and external orders with 100% accuracy.
  • •Load and unload trucks as needed, and assist with counting product received and/or shipped to ensure accuracy.
  • •Follow all warehouse SOPs and safety procedures, including proper PPE and equipment operation practices.
  • •Attend daily pre-shift meetings and follow pre-/end-of-shift responsibilities such as area prep/cleanup and equipment shutdown/charging.
  • •Participate in cross-functional supply chain projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of work experience.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • •Experience in fulfillment operations or other supply chain disciplines is a plus.
  • •Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, meet KPIs, and prioritize tasks to complete all assigned work by end of shift.
  • •Willingness to load/unload trucks and operate warehouse scanning/equipment; ERP experience and forklift/order picker experience are a plus.
