Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage PCBA manufacturing processes and PCBA products for in-house production.
  • •Drive volume production processes including manufacturing execution, nonconforming product management, configuration management, traceability tracking, and process control.
  • •Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies with design engineers and process specialists.
  • •Use process capability analysis (including Gauge R&R) to lead equipment selection and validate new equipment.
  • •Identify, root-cause, and correct SMT production and testing issues; drive corrective actions and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, SMT, accelerated testing, hardware debug/triage, design for reliability, or PCB design and layout.
  • •Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards.
  • •Experience with statistical techniques such as experiment design, process capability analysis, and Gauge R&R.
  • •Experience with equipment/process improvement using data-driven methods (SQL/Python listed as preferred).
