Job Summary

Build AI-native quality engineering workflows for end-to-end certificate provisioning. You’ll develop scalable test automation and “self-healing” test suites, create AI-driven triage and automated debugging using LLMs, and generate synthetic data and edge-case scenarios. You’ll also enhance observability and monitoring, and extend resiliency/chaos and performance testing frameworks to validate functionality, scalability, and reliability across real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain scalable test automation scripts for end-to-end certificate provisioning covering customer use cases
•Develop “self-healing” test suites that adapt to UI or API changes, including AI-assisted fixes for flaky tests and faster updates when product behavior shifts
•Create AI-driven tools to categorize and root-cause failures, including LLM-based classification and generation of hypotheses, debugging steps, and code/test fixes from logs and artifacts
•Use AI to generate complex synthetic test data and edge-case scenarios, validating realism, coverage, and privacy/safety requirements
•Enhance observability and smart monitoring for certificate health metrics, and design resiliency/chaos and performance testing to stress high-concurrency provisioning events

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
•Demonstrated experience developing test automation for UI and backend in Python, Java, C++, Go, or similar languages
•A foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, systems, networks, and internet technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS) and databases
•Experience working in Linux/Unix environments and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
•Ability to collaborate as a team while solving large-scale distributed systems problems
