Job Summary

Join a fast-growing Trust & Safety R&D team to build and improve machine-learning models and systems that defend against internet abuse and fraud. You’ll work with business teams to optimize algorithm application integration, help design and tune high-concurrency, reliable, scalable systems, and contribute to ML infrastructure for LLM/AIGC. Key Responsibilities

•Work with business teams to optimize integration plans for algorithm applications, improve evaluation/usage efficiency across scenarios, and reduce management and optimization costs.
•Design, develop, and performance-tune algorithm applications, addressing high concurrency, high reliability, and high scalability challenges.
•Contribute to sub-areas including ML model training/evaluation, model optimization, model inference, model management, dataset management, and workflow orchestration.
•Design and develop machine learning infrastructure for LLM/AIGC.
•Research and implement cutting-edge engineering technologies related to LLM, NLP, and CV.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or postgraduate student currently pursuing computer science or a related technical discipline.
•Familiar with one or two programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python, and knowledgeable about CUDA or deep learning frameworks.
•Understanding of distributed systems, large-scale data processing, and parallel computing principles.
•Interested and experienced in machine learning, deep learning, computational acceleration, or performance optimization.
•Familiar with ML infrastructure for large model training and inference.
