Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt.
•Design and evolve cross-functional journeys connecting People and IT workflows, including provisioning, access, account setup, equipment, documentation, and early enablement.
•Define and track metrics such as time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness, and operational efficiency to guide prioritization and demonstrate impact.
•Build modular product capabilities (task orchestration, status visibility, and dashboards) that scale across geographies, orgs, and brands.
•Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR, and IT to translate complex cross-functional process needs into product capabilities.

•Strong analytical skills using data and metrics to define success, prioritize work, and measure impact.
