Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and develop the Securities, Execution and Trading proposition.
  • •Lead ongoing enhancement and optimisation of World Trader and related trading capabilities.
  • •Oversee the proposition across equities, ETFs, bonds, ETPs, and future structured products.
  • •Shape future capabilities, including wealth lending and tokenised securities.
  • •Partner with Distribution, Platforms, Operations, and Risk to deliver change, drive adoption, and ensure robust governance, controls, and customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong financial services experience with deep knowledge of Investment/Wealth products and propositions.
  • •Relevant level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII, CISI, LIBF).
  • •Strong analytical and technical capability to break down complex problems, identify trends/root causes, and communicate to non-technical audiences.
  • •Proven experience leading, managing, and coaching teams in a fast-paced, changing commercial environment.
  • •Experience working in an agile delivery environment, with strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
