•Serve as a core member of the geographic leadership team, advising VPs across business lines.
•Translate Tenable’s global people plan into local strategy and execution.
•Lead talent assessments for senior manager and above roles and collaborate on manager capability and team development.
•Advise leaders on employee relations matters, including employment law and customs, and guide decisions on terminations and reductions with Legal and the Chief People Officer.
•Manage and develop an Associate HR Business Partner and oversee local onboarding execution for a high-quality candidate and new hire experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 173,333.33 annually

•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while communicating clearly.
