Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational leadership for keg warehousing, distribution (including returns), and draft line servicing for Ontario.
  • •Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards by leading corrective actions and driving a culture that achieves zero LTAs.
  • •Deliver customer service through daily load planning and execution, meeting distribution performance targets such as OTIF.
  • •Manage transportation, fleet, and asset operations, including maintaining vehicles, warehouse equipment, and site infrastructure.
  • •Lead people management and operational excellence: recruit, onboard, train, coach, manage performance, build labor schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • •Ideally 2+ years of supervisory experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations in a manufacturing environment with GMPs or another highly regulated industry.
  • •Experience delivering high performance in distribution and warehouse operations while ensuring compliance and safe work practices.
  • •Strong communication skills for leading teams and coordinating with third-party providers.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to manage employee performance, onboarding, training, coaching, and corrective actions.
