Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with sales to guide deal structuring and evaluate deals for revenue, costs, and compliance.
  • •Facilitate the end-to-end deal approval process with full stakeholder engagement.
  • •Verify deals for compliance with financial, legal, and revenue recognition (IFRS 15) standards.
  • •Draft and review commercial contracts to align terms with approved deals, including commercial clauses and provisions.
  • •Support pricing and deals desk activities, liaise across sales/finance/legal to streamline deals, and provide guidance/training on financial and compliance aspects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, law, or related field (advanced degree/certification preferred).
  • •3+ years in a commercial finance role with basic understanding of IFRS 15 advantageous.
  • •Experience drafting contracts and performing basic negotiation.
  • •Strong compliance and financial policy understanding, including deal evaluation across revenue and costs.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems, with strong communication in English and Arabic.
