Key Responsibilities

  • •Review engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
  • •Prioritize production orders to support delivery schedules and operational requirements.
  • •Perform layouts and prepare materials, then position, align, and fit components according to specifications.
  • •Bolting, clamping, and tack-welding parts prior to final welding, and set up welding equipment for manual and automated welding.
  • •Inspect completed work for compliance with quality and manufacturing standards, following all procedures, quality requirements, and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • •Have a welding certificate from a college/technical school, or equivalent industry experience.
  • •Have a minimum of 6 months of TIG and MIG welding experience.
  • •Be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • •Meet company QA welder qualification requirements, including NADCAP certification requirements.
