Key Requirements

  • •JD (top academic background) and a current license in a state bar in the United States
  • •10+ years of experience as an IP litigator, preferably with a mix of big law firm training and in-house experience at a tech/fast-paced company

  • •Ability to lead a wide variety of IP matters and proactively collaborate across teams
