Key Responsibilities

  • •Own process quality improvement and control for the responsible area.
  • •Ensure quality at the source using controls, measurements, and detection methods.
  • •Create and maintain control plans, and perform internal product and process audits.
  • •Analyze non-conforming material, warranty, escapes, and other quality data; champion complaint reduction and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Support manufacturing and new product launches, including early launch containment, and maintain ISO 9001 and quality documentation compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering or similar.

  • •Certified APQP Specialist or Certified Quality Engineer (preferred).
  • •Experience using problem-solving tools such as 9 Step, 8D, and A3 to drive corrective and preventive actions.
