Welder

Weld and perform hand fabrication both in and out of position, following work instructions from management or team leads. Participate in weld lab classroom training to support Trane and ASME/PED certification needs. Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists, conduct quality checks and tests, and help identify and resolve production problems. Support lean and 5-S activities, maintain tools and equipment, and communicate with cross-functional teams to keep parts flowing to the production line.
