Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative and operational support to the Talbot Wind Farm Plant Manager and site team to ensure efficient site operations.
  • •Coordinate procurement and financial activities, including purchase orders, work orders, invoice processing, expense management, budget tracking, and accrual reporting.
  • •Maintain accurate site documentation, records, reports, and electronic filing systems per company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • •Support contractor and vendor administration, including onboarding, contract coordination, site access management, safety orientations, and compliance tracking.
  • •Act as a key point of contact for landowners, community members, suppliers, and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and supporting engagement activities.
