Senior Security Engineer (Product)

Build and drive Headway’s in-house product and application security efforts, partnering with product and engineering to design and develop securely. Help implement and review new features, audit vulnerabilities, and create application guardrails that make secure development the default. Develop AI-native, agentic security tooling to address code issues at scale, and support security operations including incident response and vulnerability management. Use tools like Lacework, Snyk, Semgrep, and AWS.
