Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and coordinate project cost management services across pre- and post-contract stages.
  • •Create estimates, rate analysis, and final cost plans; produce and present final cost plans to clients.
  • •Lead tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification, tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender report, and contractual documents.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances and support change control processes where applicable, escalating major changes to the reporting manager.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, interface with clients and consultants, and contribute to value engineering and continuous improvement of cost management practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects (e.g., quantity surveyor, cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant).
  • •Strong understanding of quantity surveying tools and methodologies.
  • •Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and business-level proficiency in English.
  • •Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software; Chartership in MHKIS is preferable.
