Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end risk assessments and certifications supporting deals pipeline and go-to-market efforts, partnering with sales, legal, and product to scope risk deliverables.
  • •Conduct upfront due diligence and ongoing risk monitoring for third parties and vendors; design and operate a scalable third-party risk management program aligned to risk appetite and vendor criticality.
  • •Validate and evidence the operational effectiveness of risk policies, standards, controls, and guardrails; design and execute controls testing to produce audit-quality evidence.
  • •Operate risk issue management end to end, including inventory maintenance, escalation protocols, remediation prioritization, and exception management with clear documentation and timelines.
  • •Provide leadership reporting on open issues, remediation velocity, exception inventory, and systemic risk trends; support customer-facing due diligence, RFP, and regulatory inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive experience in risk operations, compliance, internal audit, information security, or a closely related discipline as a hands-on practitioner.
  • •Proven ability to build and operate scalable risk operational programs (controls assurance, third-party risk management, issue management, or incident response).
  • •Hands-on experience delivering commercial risk assessments, certifications, or security questionnaires in go-to-market or enterprise sales contexts.
  • •Working knowledge of AI system risk evaluation, safety testing methodologies, and the operational lifecycle of AI models.
  • •Experience in regulated environments with direct interaction with auditors, regulators, or enterprise customers on risk, compliance, or security topics.
