Key Responsibilities

  • •Take technical ownership of electronic product production from earliest standalone prototypes through mature customer-used products.
  • •Integrate, test, and support electronic products across the lifecycle stages of productionisation, production, and support.
  • •Undertake fault diagnosis and resolution down to component level, including identifying root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Recommend and drive process improvements, providing technical guidance to test and assembly technicians.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including third-party compliance testing) and perform configuration management for integrity and traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Physics.
  • •Familiarity with electronic components and their in-circuit functionality.
  • •Configuration and operation of advanced electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, network analysers, function generators).
  • •Experience performing fault diagnosis and resolution, ideally with root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • •Familiarity with Linux operating environments and scripting (Python or Bash) is desirable.
