Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design, analysis, and implementation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, including precision DAC/ADC signal chains and analog front-ends.
  • •Architect and optimize end-to-end signal chains (interfaces, amplification, filtering, driver stages, feedback loops, calibration).
  • •Develop system-level and circuit-level models, simulate, and validate performance metrics such as noise, distortion, offset, drift, bandwidth, and stability.
  • •Drive laboratory debugging, validation, and system bring-up using advanced lab equipment and resolving issues related to signal integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal effects, and parasitics.
  • •Support full product lifecycle from concept to volume production, including DV/EVT, manufacturing support, root cause analysis, and technical leadership/mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design (PhD graduates may qualify with less).
  • •Strong analog circuit fundamentals, including operational amplifiers, precision analog design, and ADC/DAC interfacing.
  • •Experience with high-speed and/or high-voltage analog systems.
  • •Proficiency with circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, TINA, Cadence, or ADS; programming skills for modeling/data analysis (Python, MATLAB, or similar).
