Job Summary

Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, including precision ADC/DAC signal chains and low-noise analog front-ends. Develop and validate system-level and circuit-level (SPICE) models, optimize end-to-end signal performance, and perform lab debugging and system bring-up. Collaborate across digital, FPGA, system, power, and software teams to define interfaces and support full lifecycle work from concept through manufacturing, including DV/EVT and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, analysis, and implementation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, including precision DAC/ADC signal chains and analog front-ends.
•Architect and optimize end-to-end signal chains (interfaces, amplification, filtering, driver stages, feedback loops, calibration).
•Develop system-level and circuit-level models, simulate, and validate performance metrics such as noise, distortion, offset, drift, bandwidth, and stability.
•Drive laboratory debugging, validation, and system bring-up using advanced lab equipment and resolving issues related to signal integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal effects, and parasitics.
•Support full product lifecycle from concept to volume production, including DV/EVT, manufacturing support, root cause analysis, and technical leadership/mentorship.

•Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design (PhD graduates may qualify with less).
•Strong analog circuit fundamentals, including operational amplifiers, precision analog design, and ADC/DAC interfacing.
•Experience with high-speed and/or high-voltage analog systems.
•Proficiency with circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, TINA, Cadence, or ADS; programming skills for modeling/data analysis (Python, MATLAB, or similar).
