Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the day-to-day running of the global PMO, including governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Maintain project documentation and track actions, risks, dependencies, and programme milestones.
  • •Gather, analyse, and present programme data to support decision-making, investment approvals, and leadership reporting.
  • •Track budgets, forecasts, and programme benefits to ensure visibility of performance and delivery progress.
  • •Improve PMO processes, tools, reporting, and ways of working, creating dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting projects or programmes within large, complex, global organisations.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
  • •Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Confidence working with data, reporting, budgeting, and business analysis.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
