Build and foster strong relationships with retail and business banking customers through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products (including digital and self-service options), and recommend solutions aligned to goals. Process basic transactions, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while delivering an optimal client experience and working closely with branch partners.
