Partner with senior operations leaders, plus tech and finance teams, to build an analytics roadmap, design enterprise-scale analyses, and translate operational problems into technical solutions. Lead analytics collaboration and reporting for day-to-day operations, product health measurements, and strategic alignment across business partners.

•Align with business partners to design and maintain an analytics roadmap and milestones.
•Understand and quantify operational efficiency metrics and provide business performance clarity.
•Become a knowledge center by gathering relevant data, building insights, and recommending improvements for operational excellence.
•Design, implement, and report on item data throughout receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound flows.
•Partner with business owners and analytics teams to support strategy execution, track progress, and deliver daily reporting and product health measurements.

Travel: Low travel
