Job Summary

Ensure high-quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services for in-scope entities in line with agreed best-possible processes and the Epiroc Way. Perform day-to-day activities, coach and support colleagues, and maintain procedures within the team. Drive continuous improvement using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation, coordinate team priorities with the Team Manager, and collaborate with regional stakeholders including Business Controller and PtP/OtC specialists.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services aligned with best-possible process, the Epiroc Way, service level agreements, and business requirements.
•Responsible for entity supervision (first point of contact) and compliance for defined entities.
•Coordinate day-to-day team activities and review/prioritize upcoming tasks weekly with the Team Manager.
•Coach and support colleagues while ensuring agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team.
•Continuously improve processes and ways of working, and participate in Regional Center of Excellence projects and process community activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field, with proven extensive knowledge of IFRS.
•Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies.
•Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
•Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems such as M3 or SAP.
•Ability to support compliance and entity supervision (first point of contact) for defined entities.
