Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage Treasury Management Specialists (TMS) across the Huntington footprint.
•Coach and develop TMS sales skills and support colleague career advancement and bank growth.
•Build TMS business acumen and cash flow analysis skills to improve customer conversations and sales outcomes.
•Serve as a trusted extension of local relationship and sales teams, including evolving the TMS coverage model.
•Provide insight to support development/maintenance of sales tools and ensure accurate pricing and proformas; partner with stakeholders to align enablement strategy and implement new tools/processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
•7+ years of experience in management in banking or treasury management.
•3+ years’ experience in selling or servicing commercial, business banking, or treasury products.
•Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (preferred).
•Ability to coach and develop sales skills to drive colleague growth and bank growth.
