Job Summary

Manage and coordinate operational activities for the mortgage servicing quality testing risk area, ensuring effective support and quality service for internal and external customers. Lead high-performing teams by setting goals, providing feedback, tracking progress, and building accountability. Oversee adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and help review and improve operational systems and procedures for assigned units.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly and through staff, manage and coordinate operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s).
•Ensure quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers.
•Lead high performance teams by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress, and recognizing success.
•Oversee adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
•Participate in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in quality testing, mortgage servicing, customer default, bankruptcy, and risk management.
•Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and the products/services supported by the assigned area(s).
•Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
•Good organizational, managerial, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
