Key Responsibilities

•Drive the flywheel's throughput by managing the operational cadence of the process from legal action to on-chain/off-chain fusion and high-volume targeting, removing blockers and balancing workload.
•Own work-product quality by serving as the credible QC layer for target packages, attributions, and legal-process returns.
•Translate impact outward by partnering with engineering on tooling, legal on process, and partners on perishable leads and referrals.
•Run the team with 1:1s, performance pulses, and career-pathing to convert leadership priorities into investigator workload while maintaining growth.
•Hire and develop by sourcing with recruiters, running interview loops, and owning end-to-end onboarding, including headcount justification and density management.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of people management with 10–15+ direct reports.
•Operational / investigative experience with all-source intelligence work.
•AI fluency (required).
•Legal-process fluency (subpoenas, warrants, preservation requests).
•US Citizenship required, ability to obtain public trust may be required.
