Job Summary

Support HR analytics, reporting, and automation for the Real Estate HR function by partnering with HR Business Partners, Finance, and department leaders. Build and maintain HR reporting systems and self-service dashboards across the employee lifecycle, drive adoption and data accuracy, and automate recurring HR processes using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio. Deliver executive reporting, manpower cost analytics, and data-driven recommendations, including Total Rewards support.

Key Responsibilities

•Support MPC planning, budgeting, forecasting, and periodic review against actuals for in-house and outsource populations.
•Maintain data integrity and drive adoption of the SAC system by guiding, training, and resolving issues for HRBPs and Finance partners.
•Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting across the employee lifecycle.
•Automate recurring HR reporting and operational processes using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio; implement AI-enabled agents to improve efficiency.
•Manage Total Rewards case cycles and support incentive and compensation analytics, validations, and process improvements with HRBPs and Group TR.

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of experience as an Analytics Specialist in a high-performing business environment.
•Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
•Strong understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics.
•Experience automating processes using Power Automate and AI-enabled solutions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.
